Leadership

We believe that proper leadership must start in the home. As such, we encourage fathers to rise up as the spiritual leaders of their homes.

LAMB Fellowship was founded by its current senior pastors, Scott and Jane Diffenderfer. They have been actively involved in the Messianic movement since 1994. Their desire to contribute in the restoration of the body of Messiah has led to their participation in numerous organizations, including the Messianic Israel Alliance, and Proclaiming Justice to the Nations.

Serving alongside the Diffenderfers, Robert and Jill Crouch complete LAMB Fellowship's pastoral team. The Crouch family is a living epistle of the qualities that are so needed in the Body today. Faithful lovers of the people, land, and Scriptures of Israel, Robert and Jill are long time members of LAMB and true servant leaders of our community.

Our congregation is also directed by those who serve as our Advisory Council. Scott and Karen Blackford, Song and Valerie Brown, and Jim and Lisa Rubel. Members of the Advisory Council lead by example and assist in keeping LAMB within the center of Yahweh’s will. They have earned the respect of our community through solid Biblical understanding, Spiritual discernment, and faithful commitment to both their families and the congregation.

LAMB Fellowship is a member of the Messianic Israel Alliance. As such, our congregation remains accountable to their leadership. We embrace their authority and appreciate being part of a larger body of believers.
